You build and maintain data pipelines that support marketing and decisioning strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for marketing and decisioning strategies.
• Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and IT teams to deploy and optimize messaging systems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through testing, validation, and monitoring.
• Automate data workflows and reporting using SQL and Python.
• Troubleshoot production data issues and contribute to data governance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or data integration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and programming (Python or R).
• Experience with cloud data tools, specifically AWS Glue and Athena.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with data testing and pipeline management.
• Experience with data engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with marketing campaign or decision engine platforms.
