Description

You will build and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation frameworks to support battery engineering analysis.

Responsibilities

• Write ELT pipelines using SQL and Python to improve data accessibility and efficiency.
• Design and build data models to enhance data quality and answer business-critical questions.
• Test pipeline transformations and document data flows to ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Automate reporting and write programs for data filtering, organization, and SQL database maintenance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to drive the development of data products.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a data engineer, software engineer, or data analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git.
• Working knowledge of big data technologies and Spark.
• Experience with shell scripting and SQL databases.
• Solid competency in statistics and value-added data analysis.
• Familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles.
• Ability to analyze factory, user, and failure data to resolve engineering problems.
• Experience working in a matrix environment with diverse functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Battery Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines using Spark.
• Familiarity with Apple OS, including iOS and macOS.
