You will build and maintain the data infrastructure required to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture for extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Assemble large, complex datasets that meet specific business requirements.
• Design and implement internal process improvements to optimize data delivery and scalability.
• Build analytics tools to provide insights into customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support data infrastructure needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in Python and writing complex SQL.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL processes.
• Proficiency with the AWS ecosystem, specifically Redshift and RDS.
• Experience with data visualization and exploration tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate complex technical trends and concepts to non-technical business leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on research-oriented teams with concurrent projects.
