Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions and architectures on Azure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ETL processes to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Manage data lakes and implement data governance frameworks, including ownership and privacy compliance.
• Develop Azure security protocols covering identity management, network security, and encryption.
• Execute data cataloging, lineage tracking, and metadata management tasks.
• Write complex SQL queries and scripts to support analytics and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Databricks Data Engineer Professional Certificate (Required).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake.
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience building reports and visualizations in Power BI.
• Understanding of Azure security, serverless architecture, and secure data communication.

Preferred Skills

• Databricks Machine Learning Certificate or Azure certifications (Security Engineer Associate / Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with .NET, C#, or SSIS.
• Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics, Cosmos DB, or Azure ML.
