Description

Replace legacy timekeeping applications with a Workforce Software solution by building and maintaining data integrations and analytics pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between WorkForce Software and internal/external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Configure WFS modules (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) to align with business policies.
• Capture, transform, and integrate workforce data into the company data lake for analytics.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable workforce insights.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical guidance on data processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting.
• Proven experience owning complex system integrations using APIs, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience with data architecture concepts and integrating data into data lakes.
• Experience with WorkForce Software (WFS) or other enterprise WFM systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle and GCP environments.
• Knowledge of System Design and Systems Engineering principles.
• Experience with Web Applications and System Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise workforce management systems beyond WorkForce Software.
• Background in replacing legacy applications with modern software solutions.
