Description

You will build the metrics, forecasting models, and analytical frameworks that drive business growth and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build North Star metrics and models to orient business and product pods.
• Develop automated forecasting models, including diff to actuals and explanatory models.
• Design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for self-service enablement.
• Analyze big data sets to build attribution, engagement, user journey, and retention/churn models.
• Translate business requirements into governed data solutions and visual KPIs.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in business intelligence roles, with at least 2+ years as a BI Engineer.
• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and Power Query.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and optimization, specifically in Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of time series, predictive/statistical modeling, ML, and probabilistic models.
• Experience designing data visualizations such as charts, graphs, and maps for complex data.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Ability to manage access controls for BI platforms and dashboards to protect sensitive information.
• Strong analytical skills to formulate hypotheses and diagnose growth trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau.
• Background in the financial industry.
• AI/ML experience within Power BI.
