Description

You will provide Level 3 escalation support for production systems while driving enhancements and maintaining data infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, and maintain StreamSets on-prem runtime environments.
• Develop and maintain cloud data pipelines, data lake architecture, and ingestion frameworks.
• Collaborate on data landing requirements into Snowflake for analytics and reporting.
• Provide Level 3 escalation support for production systems and related enhancements.
• Ensure testing and compliance with established change management procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with StreamSets, covering on-prem and cloud deployment.
• Technical expertise in cloud applications, data ingestion, and data lake architectures.
• Knowledge of data landing processes into Snowflake for analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with networking, clustering, and authentication systems.
• Experience managing load balancers, Java, SSL, and certificates.
• Ability to effectively manage tasks and prioritize workload.

• Strong communication skills, including proactive updates and clarification seeking.
