Description

Lead the migration of wealth management data from Oracle to AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute data migration and modernization tasks from Oracle to AWS environments.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and PySpark.
• Design and implement data models to support cloud-native architectures.
• Operate within DevOps and CI/CD workflows to support deployment and automation.
• Collaborate within an Agile team using Kanban or Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 6-9 years of experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS Cloud environments, including development, deployment, and support.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RDS/Aurora, Postgres, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• 1+ years of experience with Informatica or ETL processes.
• At least one year of practical data modeling experience.
• Experience with containerization technologies and application web server concepts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Snowflake experience.
• API development skills.
