Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Talend Data Integration, Talend Data Fabric, and Talend Studio.
• Develop Talend jobs, services, APIs, and reusable integration components.
• Translate business and data requirements into technical designs, mappings, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes.
• Build ETL/ELT solutions integrating databases, files, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Develop reusable and parameterized integrations across development, testing, and production environments.
• Build scalable batch and near real-time integration solutions.
• Participate in solution design, technical estimation, release planning, and implementation activities.
• Deploy, schedule, orchestrate, and monitor Talend jobs and platform components.
• Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data-load errors.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor platform health, job execution, throughput, failures, logging, alerts, and automated recovery processes.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, environment maintenance, and production releases.
• Collaborate with data engineers, infrastructure teams, solution architects, business stakeholders, ministry teams, and vendor support partners.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve data engineering, pipeline development, testing, monitoring, documentation, and code quality.
• Use AI-assisted tools for code generation, optimization, and technical reviews.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and supporting Talend Management Console (TMC) or related Talend platform components.
• Minimum 3 years of experience installing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Talend Remote Engines or related platform infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years of enterprise production support experience for integration solutions.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working within a mature Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Minimum 1 year of experience using AI for code generation, data analysis, automation, or related development activities.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience performing business requirements analysis related to data and integration solutions.
• 6+ years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• 2+ years of experience building scalable ETL pipelines, implementing data-quality controls, and working with cloud-based integration solutions.
• 3+ years of experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• 3+ years of experience with message-queuing technologies.
• 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow and Azure-based Data Management Platform integrations.
