Data Engineer

You will design, develop, and architect data analytics and streaming solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models, data architecture, and ETL processes.
• Develop analytics solutions involving data integration and data migration.
• Manage master data management systems and implement data quality processes.
• Support consulting engagements by articulating technical solution architectures.
• Perform flat file data manipulation using Unix/Linux shell scripting.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics solutioning.
• Hands-on experience with MS Azure tools including ADF, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and SSIS.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Jupyter.
• Experience with Azure PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL development.
• Experience with Azure Analysis Services.
• Ability to work with Power BI for data visualization.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with Kafka or Azure Event Hub.
• 3 years of experience with T-SQL or Pentaho development.
