Description

You will design and maintain scalable data processing systems and pipelines using Big Data technologies and cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion and transformation.
• Implement data processing systems using Big Data technologies.
• Manage data workflows using GCP services, specifically BigQuery and Pub/Sub.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across the entire data lifecycle.
• Monitor workflows and optimize them for performance and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Pub/Sub).
• Deep knowledge of Big Data technologies.
• Proven track record in data pipeline development and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and data management.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists and analysts to define requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Background in data modeling for analytics.
