Description

You will develop and manage data pipelines within a Hadoop ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop data processing applications using Java.
• Build and maintain ETL processes within Big Data environments.
• Manage data storage and retrieval using HDFS and Hive.
• Utilize Spark for large-scale data processing tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong development knowledge in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and Big Data tools.
• Proficiency with Hive and HDFS.
• Experience using Spark for data processing.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Ability to operate in a Linux environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Oracle, Oozie, Airflow, or AWS.
