Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions within the Life & Health Reinsurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines to process large data volumes.
• Implement analytics models and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to evaluate implementation efforts and requirements.
• Design and deliver solutions using Big Data technologies within a global development team.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with large-scale software systems in data engineering or analytics.
• Hands-on experience building scalable data transformation pipelines using Python and PySpark.
• Proficiency in SQL, specifically Spark SQL, for managing and transforming large datasets.
• Experience with distributed computing environments such as Spark, Hive, or Hadoop.
• Practical knowledge of developing solutions in cloud environments like AWS.
• Strong understanding of Big Data and data pipeline architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights within a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
