Description

Design and implement scalable data infrastructure and automation solutions for case management analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build ETL pipelines using SQL and AWS to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
• Design scalable data infrastructure to support emerging marketplaces and global use cases.
• Implement data access control mechanisms and ensure data compliance and consistency.
• Drive operational excellence by automating manual processes and reducing operational overhead.
• Manage the full data engineering lifecycle including design, development, testing, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Big Data Technologies and Data Analytics.
• Strong background in System Design and Data Infrastructure.
• Ability to interface with technology teams to solve complex data challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Paragon case management systems or similar case management platforms.
• Familiarity with Best At Amazon (BAA) standards and IMR efficiency metrics.
• Knowledge of workbench UI development and routing layer configuration.
