Description

You will drive the analytics product life cycle, optimize data architecture, and develop governance for data flow and visualization across cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data modeling by evaluating structured and unstructured data to determine appropriate schemas for fact tables and data marts.
• Build infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from on-premise, hybrid cloud, and cloud sources.
• Design and implement process improvements, including automating manual tasks and redesigning infrastructure for scalability.
• Assemble large, complex datasets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Integrate predictive and prescriptive models into the data pipeline.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: Python, Java, C++, Scala, R, SAS, or SPSS.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work with QlikView, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau certification and a strong portfolio on Tableau Public.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a quantitative field.
• Experience in a healthcare and research environment.
