Description

You will build and deploy data solutions for clinical trial operations, data science capabilities, and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and engineering design with minimal supervision.
• Develop and support scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Design efficient data models, optimize data marts, and implement data security protocols.
• Provide L1 and L2 support for data engineering tickets to maintain SLAs and uptime goals.
• Partner with project managers, DevOps, and data scientists to evaluate and deliver engineering solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and cloud data solutions, preferably AWS.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years of Python programming experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ETL/ELT techniques and data processing.
• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake Data Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience developing scalable pipelines using Kafka, Spark, or Airflow.
• Proven experience building data lakes, modern data warehouse architectures, and self-service BI solutions.
• Experience with high-performance distributed data computing and DevOps automation pipelines.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and identify requirement gaps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Previous experience using Informatica or Talend.
• Exposure to data science technologies and capabilities.
