Description

You will design, prototype, and develop complex data analytics, dashboards, and visualizations to support large-scale program requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex data analytics, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Analyze datasets and perform statistical data mining to derive actionable insights.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Provide technical support throughout the entire application lifecycle.
• Incorporate security, compliance, and audit controls into all technical solutions and team practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Redshift, Aurora, or QuickSight).
• Proficiency in BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and quality reporting.
• Strong background in Machine Learning, mathematics, or statistics.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts, normalization, and data design.
• Knowledge of structured vs. unstructured storage, including NoSQL and data lakes.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data governance, security management, and integrity practices.
