Description

You will design, develop, and deliver data products while migrating legacy workloads to Databricks on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and test ETL data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Maintain existing Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle data pipelines.
• Execute the migration of data workloads from Oracle and Informatica PowerCenter to Databricks on AWS.
• Apply relational data modeling principles to manage data structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a data developer.
• Proficiency in Python programming and advanced SQL.
• Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IDQ.
• Strong background in ETL development and data management.
• Experience with Oracle databases and UNIX shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of relational data modeling.
• Experience working with data pipelines in a production environment.

Preferred Skills

• AWS or Databricks certification.
• Background in the financial sector handling market securities reference data or fixed income.
