Description

Build and maintain integrations between Gainsight and third-party systems using Workato, while automating data migration and optimization processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workato to connect Gainsight with external systems.
• Build ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load customer data for onboarding and migration.
• Create reusable integration recipes to streamline future onboarding efforts.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling frameworks for integration workflows.
• Validate data quality and accuracy using scripts and tools before import.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or integrations.
• Proven experience with Workato or another iPaaS platform.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, including authentication, pagination, and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL pipeline development and data migration.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Basic scripting skills in Python for automation tasks.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling and APIs.
