Description

You will own data-driven process improvements through independent analysis and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Design of Experiments (DOE) and process characterization for new product implementations.
• Analyze existing processes to identify cost reduction and quality improvement opportunities.
• Perform statistical analysis, including Gage R&R studies, to ensure process stability.
• Conduct hands-on data mining and analytics to support technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data-centric roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong background in Data Analytics.
• Applied knowledge of Statistics.
• Experience with Data Mining techniques.
• Ability to conduct Gage R&R studies.
• Experience performing Design of Experiments (DOE).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
