Description

You will design and implement data integration and database systems to solve complex business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed data integration and database system designs.
• Deliver high-quality code by adhering to established standards and participating in peer code reviews.
• Participate in integrated testing sessions for various components and subsystems.
• Collaborate across technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate technical risks to project management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Expertise in RDF TripleStore modeling for Graph Databases.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and SPARQL within AWS Neptune or Anzo environments.
• Extensive experience with column-oriented databases including Big Query, Redshift, or Vertica.
• Hands-on experience with traditional database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Proficiency in T-SQL or PL-SQL.
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica.
• Programming proficiency in Java or Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data integration automation using Google DataFlow, Apache Beam, Spark, or AWS EMR.
