Description

Build and maintain data infrastructure to support business intelligence and CRM operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and visualization suites.
• Customize Salesforce objects, profiles, roles, permissions, and workflows for CRM needs.
• Participate in data modeling and architecture design.
• Graph, chart, and present statistical findings for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in data engineering.
• 3+ years of total IT experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM customization and operations.
• Knowledge of ETL workflows and data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working in the energy industry.
