Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines and product capabilities within an Agile environment in Kennesaw, GA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Science and product teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Participate in pair programming and code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Enhance existing product capabilities and contribute to automated test suites for continuous integration.
• Apply technical architecture principles to ensure secure and consistent deployments.
• Explore and implement industry-standard practices within the project.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong understanding of SQL concepts.
• Experience with RESTful web services and SOA concepts.
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile team.
• Any degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop and Spark / Hive.
• Experience with UC4 scheduling.
