Description

You will design and build scalable data architectures for risk, compliance, and financial crime detection systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data architecture for AML transaction monitoring, KYC, and sanctions screening.
• Design fault-tolerant frameworks for processing large-scale, real-time financial transactions.
• Implement data governance, security controls, and encryption to meet global regulatory standards.
• Automate ETL/ELT pipelines, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Mentor data engineers and manage the product backlog through to delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture.
• Deep expertise in Risk & Compliance, Sanctions Screening, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
• Experience designing big data architectures and cloud platforms.
• Practical understanding of FATF, OFAC, FinCEN, and GDPR regulations.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data security best practices.
• Ability to implement AI/ML-driven anomaly detection for fraud management.
