Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured datasets.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large, complex datasets to meet business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain analytics tools that utilize data pipelines to track operational efficiency and business metrics.
• Design, develop, and test cost-effective strategies for data assimilation and reporting.
• Support technical teams with quality checks, troubleshooting, and data management.
• Identify technical risks and develop contingency plans to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience working with Hadoop and the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and informatics.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Experience handling and analyzing unstructured datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
