Description

You will lead the design and implementation of data platforms and pipelines while maintaining a heavy focus on hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of ETL developers.
• Manage and mentor junior offshore engineers.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and support data requirements.
• Handle data integration from various sources to support business decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT design.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Azure.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience working with Data Lakehouse architectures.
• Current residency in Atlanta, GA.
• US Citizenship or Green Card status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a technical lead for distributed engineering teams.
