Description

You will lead end-to-end data migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, extraction, mapping, transformation, and loading for data migration.
• Design and implement solutions to migrate data from legacy platforms into SAP environments.
• Develop and automate ETL processes for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
• Ensure data quality by identifying duplicates, resolving inconsistencies, and enforcing standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data conversion team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading enterprise data migration or data engineering initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP data migration tools (e.g., Syniti ADM or similar).
• Experience working with SAP HANA environments.
• Proven experience extracting and transforming data from complex legacy systems.
• Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and ETL best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ETL and Python.
• Familiarity with Cloud Data Platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or AWS data services.
• Proficiency in Spark.
