Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions for regulatory compliance, owning the end-to-end pipeline lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support highly available data solutions that meet strict regulatory requirements.
• Design analytical data models to support business intelligence, reporting, and scenario management.
• Automate and streamline build, test, and deployment processes for data pipelines.
• Evaluate existing systems for quality, scalability, latency, and performance bottlenecks.
• Translate Mantas business needs into technical solutions and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing enterprise data-intensive solutions using agile methodologies.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Mantas, including Data Miner and Scenario Manager.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database management.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark or Ab Initio.
• First Class Degree in Engineering/Technology (4-year graduate course).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS S3/Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Snowflake) and big data tools (Hadoop, Hive).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern data formats (Parquet, Iceberg, Delta).
• Familiarity with job schedulers (Autosys) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
