Description

You will lead the design and implementation of large-scale data solutions and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks, managing cloud connectivity between ADLS, ADF, and Synapse.
• Design and implement data extraction, load, and reporting solutions capable of handling massive data volumes for business partners.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using T-SQL and Python scripting within the Azure Data Factory framework.
• Lead technical direction for data mart development and troubleshoot large database issues.
• Manage database security, including user access control, backup, archiving, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total working experience in data engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead capacity.
• Expert proficiency in relational database management and T-SQL programming.
• Proven experience with ETL frameworks (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).
• Strong command of Python scripting for data engineering tasks.
• Experience navigating and processing massive volumes of data sets.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing database backup, archiving, and storage strategies.
• 8+ years of experience in troubleshooting and supporting large databases.
• Bachelor's degree.
