Description

Lead the migration of on-premise data assets to cloud data warehouses and own the design of ETL and ELT pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate on-premise data assets to cloud platforms like AWS S3 and Snowflake.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using IBM DataStage, Informatica, DBT, and Python.
• Build and manage data pipelines supporting CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with analysts to define technical requirements and perform logical/physical data modeling.
• Develop, test, and debug data applications on Linux Grid environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL development.
• Strong proficiency with IBM InfoSphere DataStage and Quality Stage.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica for on-premise database integration.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake and AWS S3.
• Hands-on experience with ELT transformations using DBT and Python.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management and Linux Grid environments.
• Ability to perform logical and physical data modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Netezza and other on-premise database systems.
• Background in migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
