You will build and maintain the data infrastructure required to process large-scale datasets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Write efficient, maintainable code in Python or Java.
• Process large datasets using Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong programming expertise in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Delta Lake or Iceberg.
• Exposure to workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality frameworks, and distributed systems.
