Description

You will design and build ETL processes, database systems, and tools for real-time and offline analytic processing. You translate business specifications into code and ensure data consistency across large-scale integrations.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain complex ETL pipelines and ad hoc queries for business insight.
• Develop and manage database systems on AWS, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Lead solution development phases, including technical design, implementation, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot software issues, coordinate with vendors, and manage release escalations.
• Mentor junior engineers, establish data engineering standards, and provide technical consultation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, programming, or database administration.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, Redshift, Aurora, Athena, and Glue.
• Proficiency in ETL design and implementation.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools: GitHub, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Ability to work within Agile frameworks.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Adobe, Kore, Dremio, Dell Boomi, or Attunity.
