Description

You will design, implement, and deploy cloud data platforms on AWS to support business requirements and optimize workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud platforms using AWS services to meet specific client requirements.
• Build and maintain Spark data processing applications using Python and PySpark.
• Identify technical issues and implement solutions for performance improvements.
• Experiment with new technologies and processes to optimize engineering workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Glue, Step Functions, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Lambda, and SageMaker.
• Experience building Splunk dashboards.
• Experience with SQL development and Tableau reporting.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools such as Bamboo and Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of test automation and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
