Lead operational support and management for the enterprise data and analytics platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident and user management for the enterprise data and analytics platform.
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks, including anomaly detection.
• Implement Python and SQL hotfixes and collaborate on complex data issues.
• Build diagnostic tools and automate operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution to research analysts and traders.

Required Skills

• 8–16 years of experience in data engineering or data platform support.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data and analytics services.
• Familiarity with data engineering principles and practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Data Platform Support and Data Engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to incident management tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
