You will lead the design and build of analytic solutions across the entire project lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, system integration, and risk analyses for complex analytics challenges.
• Convert customer requirements into solution roadmaps, accounting for technical constraints and data quality.
• Define and manage metadata strategy, change data capture, and data security strategy.
• Document solutions, mentor team members, and provide training to stakeholders.
• Manage problem and request tickets, ensuring technology availability to support business objectives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive data engineering or modern data platform experience.
• 3+ years writing SQL.
• Extensive experience building data warehouse/data lake solutions using Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric / Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
• Experience with API integration, real-time streaming, and message brokering.
• 2+ years leading technology-based data projects in production environments.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data structures, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with ETL/data integration tools such as Talend and Informatica.
• Familiarity with security tools including Entra, Purview, and RLS in Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or SAS Viya.
