Description

You will design, develop, and validate data warehousing and analysis solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into reusable ETL products and data solutions.
• Decompose complex objectives into technical data models and mapping processes.
• Write complex SQL to validate ETL code and ensure data integrity.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and processing tasks to validate data accuracy.
• Communicate data transformation processes and technical requirements to business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and extensive analysis.
• Experience with data warehousing tools such as MySQL or Pentaho ETL.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Ability to explain complete data transformation and model mapping processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, or MS Azure.
• Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems and Graph Databases.
• Hands-on implementation of data lake technologies.
