Lead data engineering and BI initiatives by building scalable pipelines, managing data governance, and mentoring a team of engineers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse structures for analytics and machine learning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and BI developers, defining clear KPIs and goals.
• Oversee the design and delivery of SSRS and Power BI dashboards, ensuring usability and alignment with business goals.
• Implement data governance policies, including automated validation, auditing, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in ETL/ELT process design and execution.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SSRS for dashboard development and semantic modeling.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and pipeline automation.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Familiarity with machine learning integration and predictive modeling use cases.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

• Experience with version control (Git) and data architecture best practices.
