You will build and maintain the foundational data infrastructure supporting global healthcare innovation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines moving data from disparate sources into centralized repositories.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for efficient storage and high-speed retrieval.
• Tune database performance, indexing, and query execution plans in big-data environments.
• Implement automated validation checks, monitor data drift, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use CI/CD workflows to automate data extraction and deployment tasks within Agile teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS) or AWS (Redshift, S3).
• Expertise in ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, and Distributed Data Processing.
• Experience with data modeling (3NF, Star Schema, Data Vault).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow) and version control (Git).
• Experience analyzing large datasets for business insights.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to business stakeholders.
