Description

You will architect and maintain high-volume data transformation pipelines using a proprietary internal ETL solution. Your work defines the logic for cleaning, enriching, and integrating disparate data sources.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement high-volume data transformation pipelines using the internal ETL solution and custom DSL.
• Partner with Product Teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data model changes.
• Design and deploy supporting scripts and microservices to ensure end-to-end automation of customer-facing functionality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data integrity, low latency, and high availability.
• Identify bottlenecks in ETL processes and propose improvements to the DSL or underlying infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years designing and managing ETL pipelines in production environments.
• Expert-level SQL skills with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with non-relational data stores.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and highly automated code, including "glue" code for framework gaps.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical data concepts to Product Managers and Business Analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Ruby for building supporting scripts, automation tools, and internal tooling.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
