Description

You will build and maintain the core data platform infrastructure, integrating machine learning models into data pipelines and expanding the enterprise-level platform on Google Cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core data platform infrastructure on Google Cloud.
• Integrate machine learning models into data pipelines using modern technologies.
• Develop and expand the enterprise-level data platform.
• Write applications running on cloud-based infrastructure with CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Big Data and Data Engineering for public cloud applications.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building cloud-native data pipelines using Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, and Apache Beam.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts, including PostgreSQL and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Git.
• Experience applying TDD within agile software development processes.
• Understanding of Big Data principles.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Mongo and AlloyDB.
• Experience integrating Docker container orchestration using Kubernetes via Terraform.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET Core, and Microservices.
