Description

You will build and maintain data infrastructure to support data science and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines to clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources.
• Develop models to answer business questions and generate predictions.
• Model front-end and back-end data sources to map user flows for data analysis.
• Work with data science to build complex algorithms providing data insights.
• Implement iterative improvements to back-end systems using agile processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Expert proficiency in writing ETL pipelines using Python from scratch.
• Strong expertise in OOP principles and writing efficient, reusable code.
• Expert knowledge of data modeling, including schemas and entity relationships.
• Expert ability to analyze and query using SQL across various dialects (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle).
• Proven ability to function independently and manage deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
