You will define and execute the enterprise data strategy, integrating fragmented systems across business units and managing M&A technology integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide data platform and business systems architecture, driving standardization and modernization.
• Lead technology and data integration for acquisitions, establishing playbooks for CRM, ERP, and data migration.
• Build scalable reporting and analytics frameworks to enable cross-functional visibility for GTM, Finance, and Product.
• Drive data quality, governance, and lineage to ensure operational trust across platforms.
• Partner with product, finance, and engineering leadership to align technical execution with business strategy.

Required Skills

• 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data platforms, and business systems integration.
• Proven experience scaling systems in high-growth SaaS, PE-backed, or acquisition-heavy environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce or HubSpot ecosystems, and Netsuite or DealHub.
• Strong background in data warehousing, analytics platforms, API integrations, and middleware.
• Experience building operational reporting and enterprise visibility platforms from the ground up.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, dbt, Workato, or Lightdash.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
