Description

You will build and maintain data models for process mining within the Celonis environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend data models from raw data to process mining structures.
• Collaborate with process owners to translate business requirements into Celonis use cases.
• Identify necessary source system tables and fields from ERP and CRM systems for ingestion.
• Design, implement, test, and validate all dashboards, analyses, and reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced SQL coding proficiency.
• Expertise in data modeling and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Celonis process mining.
• Deep understanding of ERP and CRM data structures.
• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or technology consulting.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
