Description

You will develop and maintain data solutions, manage on-prem SQL Server databases, and support business operations through ETL monitoring and incident resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-prem SQL Server databases, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot daily ETL process chains and data pipelines, resolving failures to ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide day-to-day support for business operations, handling data refresh issues, access management, and incident resolution.
• Create data extracts, updates, and reporting using T-SQL, Power BI, and SAP BW tools.
• Perform data validations, quality checks, and requirement gathering for analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in designing, developing, and implementing Reporting & Analytics Solutions.
• Expert-level T-SQL query writing and management.
• Rich experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and the Power Platform (Power Automate).
• Strong background in ETL & ELT Data Pipeline design and implementation.
• Proven experience managing SQL Server (upgrades, backups, performance tuning).
• Experience supporting business integrations (e.g., LCW Integration).

Preferred Skills

• Rich experience with SAP BW Data Warehousing, including Process Chain design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of the SAP Ecosystem (ECC, S/4HANA).
