Build automated systems and data pipelines to support bioprocess monitoring and global manufacturing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate scientific workflows into automated systems using Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Ingest and process data from multiple sources into Big Data platforms.
• Develop analysis tools to improve operational performance across global sites.
• Define secure data exchange approaches and perform pipeline quality checks.
• Curate and wrangle structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for analytics.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL and data manipulation.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or AWS Redshift.
• Experience with traditional data warehousing and deploying ETL processes.
• Ability to identify linkages across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Experience with distributed processing technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or EMR.
• Knowledge of MPP systems like Teradata.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and SCRUM teams.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience in a cGMP biopharmaceutical production setting.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis techniques.
