Description

You will manage the flow and integrity of structured and unstructured clinical data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ELT/ETL pipelines to integrate diverse data sources into warehouses and lakes.
• Lead technical aspects of clinical data flow, including APIs and data streams.
• Develop data integrity and quality checks for all ingestion processes.
• Automate data processes using AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proven expertise in building data pipelines for diverse data sources.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of ELT/ETL pipeline maintenance.
• Ability to handle and process large datasets efficiently.
• Experience providing data visualization and analysis.
• Skill in managing and troubleshooting complex data pipelines.
• Capability to train teams on data transfer specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience ensuring compliance with GCP regulations.
• Experience reviewing vendor activities.
