Description

You will lead the development and implementation of data features within the Enterprise Data Platform, collaborating with data scientists and business analysts to define requirements and manage team workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define data requirements and break down complex tasks for team execution.
• Create and manage data models, validating them with stakeholders.
• Build automation to validate source-to-target data accuracy.
• Develop job schedules for data flows to ensure seamless data integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT data-related role.
• Deep experience writing and debugging complex SQL on Snowflake, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica IICS, Talend, and SSIS.
• Experience operating within an Agile framework.
• Knowledge of DevOps frameworks and source control.
• Experience with cloud technologies including Databricks and Snowflake.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business leadership.
