Description

Own the reliability and optimization of MGM's machine learning and ETL operational systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain operational readiness for ML and ETL platforms.
• Develop automated processes and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Streamline and standardize data movement workflows to support scalable modeling.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and manage prioritization.
• Communicate resolution timelines and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Dataiku and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architecture.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and random forest modeling.
• Ability to work independently to identify and resolve complex issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and improving existing data workflows.
• Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and facilitation.
