Description

You will develop and maintain scalable Python scripts and ETL pipelines to support customer data platform operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of ETL pipelines leveraging Python and SQL.
• Design data models and schemas to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Automate data processing workflows to enhance data quality and platform scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer data from diverse sources.
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and application development.
• Expertise in SQL (ANSI SQL) for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Proven experience designing and implementing ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets to support business insights.
• Experience mentoring junior team members on best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customer data platforms and data governance frameworks.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement in data processing efficiency.
