Description

You will own the analysis and visualization of large-scale AMDB and ServiceNow data to drive operational and strategic decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify lifecycle trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Translate technical asset and ticket data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Automate reporting processes, implement data validation controls, and standardize reporting workflows.
• Partner with Asset Management and Technology teams to improve data quality and streamline operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Expertise in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating and analyzing ServiceNow data.
• Proficiency in building Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and leveraging Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Ability to design clear, impactful visualizations for executive audiences.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
